Delivery and Returns Details

1. Delivery

Dates and times for online orders delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control.

If you do not receive a delivery from us, please notify us as soon as possible. If the products have been lost or mislaid in the postal service, please note that an investigation may take up to 60 days to complete. As a general rule, we will endeavour to complete your online order within 14 days of the date of our acceptance (subject to the products being in stock).

We shall not be required to fulfil online orders for products in the sequence in which they are placed. We will also only deliver orders if all of the products in an order are available. We are not required to deliver orders in instalments.

2.    Price and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your online order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the online order as cancelled.

If you cancel an online order due to an error in price and we have already received payment for the affected product, you will receive a full refund. Payment is due at the time you place your online order. 

3. Returns

Please contact us first so we can make sure that you are eligible for a return/refund or exchange if we have the product in stock.

Post the product back to us within 14 days of receiving it (products must be sent back to us unused & in original packaging including tags). If 14 days have gone by since signing for your parcel, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning products.  Any returned products will be the customers responsibility until we receive them. 

We advise that you retain your proof of postage. We do not accept any liability for products lost in the post or by a courier when being returned by a customer.
